Sample Orders (Air Freight)
Sample kits are dispatched within 1-7 business days via International Air Express. Delivery to the US and Europe typically takes 7-12 business days. A flat-rate shipping fee applies to cover cross-border air freight.

Bulk B2B Orders (Freight & Logistics)
For large wholesale orders, shipping terms (FOB, CIF, or DDP) will be negotiated offline based on your specific Request for Quote (RFQ). Bulk orders are generally shipped via ocean freight. Processing and manufacturing lead times will be specified in the Proforma Invoice.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For standard online sample orders, the buyer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. For bulk orders, tax liabilities will be determined by the agreed-upon Incoterms.
